SideXSide Studios partnered with LinkedIn to spotlight EDICT—Elemental Excelerator’s Empowering Diverse Climate Talent internship program—which is helping reshape who has access to careers in sustainability and the growing green economy.
Filmed in New York City and Washington, D.C., the piece follows EDICT co-founder Devin and intern Palak as they share how the program connects emerging leaders from historically excluded communities with the skills, networks, and professional opportunities needed to build careers in climate.
By supporting initiatives like EDICT, LinkedIn is helping develop a more diverse pipeline of climate talent while working with employers to create inclusive workplaces where that talent can thrive.
