Hilton commissioned SideXSide Studios to capture 15 stories of hospitality across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and Oceania. Working on a compressed timeline, SideXSide cast, produced, and remotely directed each story, assembling local crews in 15 cities and coordinating a global team of editors working across time zones to deliver the films exclusively for three regional conferences.
The resulting series highlighted the many ways hospitality can create meaningful change—from sustainability initiatives at the Botanika Osa Peninsula in Costa Rica and a workforce pipeline in China for people who are blind, to an Afghan refugee finding safety and community as a Team Member at Hilton Mainz and a server whose love for her work has kept her at the same hotel for more than 40 years.
