As people fled the war in Ukraine, Hilton hotels across Prague quickly became places of refuge. Team Members stepped up, welcoming people seeking safety with compassion and care. Hotel owners committed every available resource to supporting arriving refugees, while staff stepped far beyond their everyday roles to meet an extraordinary moment. Nearly every Team Member had a story of courage and generosity—and Hilton set out to document how its people brought light to one of the darkest moments in recent history. SideXSide cast, produced and directed the video remotely, standing up a local team of creators to capture this film with sensitivity, and managing all post-production in-house.
